Goal

Obtain enough Crown items in the session to enable the credits souvenir which will trigger the goal.

You current crown count is displayed on the Bizhawk Client window.

Control schemes

WarioWare: Twisted! is a gyro controlled game, meaning that in order to enjoy it players will require to have a gyro capable controller and know how to set it up with the emulator and their OS.

Players can also use a "No-Tilt" patch which allows them to use D-Pad controls with the game... but this also makes some games incredibly easy, others super obnoxious and some others impossible to beat.

Locations

Most games are supported as potential locations in the game, players can toggle almost every single one.

Character Stages

Clear the stage.

Obtain certain high scores. Those are optional except the lowest one (tied to the clear condition).
Microgames

Obtain at least 3 points.

Obtain enough points to get a crown rank.

Players can also decide how many of these will be enabled on a given session.
Extra stages

Obtain certain point thresholds.

They're low enough to not feel quite grindy.

Additionally, players can disable certain microgames from ever appearing on the session by excluding them on the YAML.

Items

There's not that much variety of items in this implementation other than the Crowns, Stage unlocks and Microgame unlocks.

Players can decide whether microgames are unlocked via "Microgame Bundles" or standalone microgame items.
